What we collect

Your email address, your consent and its date, confirmation status, and the campaign labels (source/medium/campaign) present in the link you used to sign up.

Why

With your consent, we use this information to send OEVI early access updates, contact potential pilot participants and understand interest in the product. This is the OEVI waitlist, separate from any future artist follower list. We do not sell your information.

Where it is processed

The site is hosted by OVHcloud (France). Confirmation emails are sent through Resend.

How long

Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed requests are reviewed by the operator after 90 days and removed when no longer needed. An unsubscribe request deletes your email from the active list immediately.

Your choices

Every confirmation email includes an unsubscribe and deletion link. You may contact the operator at any time to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France.

Cookies and measurement

This page sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. It records the campaign labels present in your signup link. No email address or confirmation token is written to server access logs.
